And it also includes the raw material that we used for producing must be the material that does not have the dangerous component that can harmful to human being health and environment. (Non asbestos, Non formaldehyde).
lifesbox The building construction is made of steel Grade SS 400. The floor is made of PC Concrete Density 2, 400 Kg/M3 the wall type is Light weight concrete Density 950 Kg/ M3 or Magnesium oxide density 1,000 Kg /M3 or Plaster board Density 900 Kg/M3. The T bar roof is made of Plaster board.
lifesbox Piping use PE. Pipe to reduce the link point between of used pipes and used only one pipe from Gate Valve to the Sanitary ware or Faucet. The pipe system must be tested under the Test pressure =12 Bar.
Modular Home ProductionThe design team at Lifesbox will manage every detail, from concept to design to manufacturing and ensure the highest standards of quality are met throughout. Clients are assisted by specialist technicians and engineers in each skill such as electrical control system, sanitation system, construction, etc., who will provide updates and closely follow any specific requirements of the client including different standards and specifications for each country. Full conferencing and consultation is provided to prevent any problems through the many stations of production and ensure that your modular construction is completed on schedule. There are 11 separate stations of production as follows.
station no.1Structural work and precise measurements are essential in this step; if the actual dimensions of the structure are beyond the acceptable barriers (+0/-2) according to the original engineers’ drawings it may lead to serious problems during the following phases or production. Thus, in each step there is stringent quality control measures enforced on all sides to closely monitor & inspect Dimensions and sign off on the documentation in each Module to ensure 100% accuracy to the original specification.
station no.2International fire regulations stipulate that buildings constructed from steel must be fire-proof for more than two hours. Therefore, all modular buildings must have satisfactory fire wall protection. There are many methods available including Monokote spray (Density 350 Kg/M3) and installation Rockwool; both products must have Certification that is recognized by institutes & organizations such as JIS, ASTM, PNE, ISO, DIN and KSF.
station no.3Pc. Concrete work: There are many and various methods for making floors, such as PC Plank flooring, Light weight concrete and precast. However what we are going to mention is specialist for Modular buildings. In our precast floor there are four panels that can be divided into sections; one Corridor Panel (685 Kg), one Balcony Panel (416 Kg), one Bedroom Panel (2,305 Kg) and one Bathroom & Kitchen Panel (2,417 Kg). We fabricate the precast floor sections externally and then, assemble into the correct position inside the building as indicated on the designers’ drawings.
station no.4Panel work begins with the erection of walls and PC floors along with upper side links including beams and other positions which are illustrated in the Drawing. It is vital that we check the position of the wall that has been installed and confirm that it is 100% correct according to the Drawing. Then, utilizing the 1st wall as a standard we are able to erect the adjoining units one by one (standard wall =1200x2365x99t) until complete. The next step, we secure the wall units, both upper & lower sides with ½”@400 mm Screws
station no.5Plumbing systems and electrical systems, including Electrical lines’ system (Some of the electrical lines’ system has already been installed in the walling). Further installation of plumbing (Some has already been installed with the precast flooring) the remaining sanitary & bathroom systems and Fire alarm sprinkler systems are now completed. After installation, we test the water systems, electrical systems, telephone systems, internet and Fire alarm systems to coincide with the standards of each country.
station no.6Ceiling; fiberglass filled panels finished in plain 9 mm plasterboard and wallpaper are used to assemble the ceiling panels in four parts which are Corridor, Bathroom, bedroom and balcony. In the bathroom 4 mm PVC is used to cover the plasterboard and provide waterproofing. After aligning all four panels completely they are fixed into place using ½”@400 mm screws, next the relevant electrical components are installed and the ceiling is given a final inspection.
station no.7Flooring; after the successful installation of walls and ceiling we move to the next phase, laying the laminated flooring by the following procedure: Clean the floor thoroughly and apply Mic-cell Insulation 4 mm. Lay the laminated flooring according to product & drawing specifications. Floor skirting is completed after installation of all built-in furniture units.
station no.8Fitted furniture is installed:
● Bedroom – wardrobe
● Bathroom – sink cabinet and cupboard
● Hall way – shoe closet
● Floor skirting is now completed
station no.9Interior & Exterior Doors; after the successful installation of all interior fittings we are able to hang the doors. The front-door is fabricated in steel and is completely fire proof. Sliding patio doors are fitted to the balcony and an authentic wooden door is hung for the bedroom.
station no.10Final inspection; this station is vital before we continue with construction. Every component, fitting & measurement is scrutinized to guarantee 100% accuracy and complete customer satisfaction. All stations No’s. 1-9 are double checked & triple checked before handing over to station No.11.
station no.11Cleaning & Packing; the cleaning process begins internally, deodorizing, disinfecting and polishing throughout to provide an immaculate room, then the process moves external to ensure total cleanliness before packing. All unfixed equipment such as doors are locked into place, and exterior walls are covered to prevent damage during transportation.
Modular Transportation systemIn most instances, your modular home will be initially transported from LifesBoxs’ factories to the nearest sea port. At the port, LifesBoxs’ ngineers will complete a full checklist to make sure your modular home arrives undamaged. If any problem should occur while your modular home is being transported from LifesBoxs’ factories to the port, it will be returned immediately to the factory for repair before shipping. If any damage occurs while the modular home is being transported to your site, the company transporting your modular home is usually responsible with the conditions stipulated under the insurance of the shipping method you have selected. However, it is advisable to check for damage as soon as you modular home arrives. If you find any damage, kindly contact the logistics company immediately; obviously we are happy to provide any documentation necessary to support your claim in the event of damage.
The delivery Process is as follows.1. Delivery from LifesBoxs’ factories to Laem Chabang port, Sriracha district ,Chonburi Province Thailand; via standard trailer that is used for delivering 40’ and 20’ containers worldwide.
2. Delivery from Laem Chabang port to the host port in each country by cargo vessel; Lifesbox hotel will be placed in secure cargo (Shipping fees will be applicable and according to the specific vessel).
3. Delivery from host port to client’s site by trailer; from the delivery process it can be easily noticed that during the tranportation of a LifesBox Modular Building there are many steps. Each step requires the building to be hoisted and lowered many times, and thus requires industrial lifting equipment suitable for the purpose. This in-turn requires that the structure is sturdy enough to deal with the strain and is actually much stronger than conventional buildings all over the world.
